The mediators are expected to set date for negotiation following the return of Qatari officials participating in the Arab summit in Serte, Libya. Chairman of Sudan's Liberation Movement-Juba Group, Ahmed Abdel-Shafie has also arrived in the Qatari capital. AH/ AH
