Doha, Mar. 18 (SUNA)- The State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed bin Abdalla Al-Mahmoud, Thursday met in Doha with the representative of the Libya Leader, Mohamed Al-Madani, Al-Azhari, on the sidelines of the celebration marking the signing of the framework and the
cease-fire agreements by the government and the Liberation and Justice Movement
Al-Mahmoud and Al-Azhari discussed progress of the peace efforts for realizing peace in Darfur through the negotiations in Darfur, besides the steps that shall be adopted to push ahead the peace process in Darfur
Al-Mahmoud also met with the Chadian Foreign Minister, Musa Fakki Mohamed, and discussed the peace process in Darfur
The two meetings were attended by a number of officials at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs
