Khartoum, March. 11(SUNA) - The Russian special envoy to Sudan, Mikhail Margelov, met Thursday with the Minister of Finance, Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Jaz, and reviewed means for boosting
the Sudanese - Russian bilateral relations and the visions of the leaderships of the two countries to consolidate them further
The meeting, which was attended by the Russian Ambassador to Sudan, and a number of the representatives of the Russian companies in Sudan discussed horizons of investment in the fields of energy, oil, electricity, petro-chemical industries and heavy industry
Dr. Al-Jaz welcomed the Russian companies which expressed desire to invest in Sudan, referring to the country's vast economic resources
The Russian Ambassador to Sudan expressed his country's confidence in Sudan's future
