and Evaluation Commission (EVC), prior to the convocation of the IGAD's Summit on Tuesday with the participation of the First Vice President and President of Southern Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit and the Vice President of the Republic, Ali Osman Mohammed Taha
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mutriff Siddig, presented Sudan's statement before the IGAD ministerial council
The IGAD Summit is due to review reports to be presented by the two partners of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) on the implementation of the agreement
The IGAD is providing a real support to the peace process in Sudan and extending a strong impetus for the two partners to implement all the clauses of the CPA
