The Council of Ministers also approved a bill on
amended Charter of the Organization of the Islamic Conference for the year 2008, which was presented by the State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ali Karti, and endorsed by 57 States with the aim to preserve the Islamic values of peace, tolerance, justice, solidarity, respecting sovereignty of member States, boosting human rights and basic freedoms, as well as respecting the right of the Palestinian People in establishing their state that enjoy complete sovereignty
