He said that the mechanism shall include one or more from the higher committee at each state, heads of the media organs in the state , representatives of the political parties and a number of information experts. Dr. Ahmed said that the mechanism will carry out the distribution of equal opportunities for the nominees to reflect their election programmes through the official mass media in the southern states
He called on the leaders of the High Elections Committees in all the southern states to meet with the representatives of UNMIS and to visit each polling center to confirm that the proposed location of the center suitable or not
He stipulated that each constituency officer shall visit his constituency and inspect the polling center
