Doha, Jan. 31 (SUNA)- The mediation, represented in the joint mediator of the UN and the African Union, Djibril Bassole, and the Qatari State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed bin Abdalla Al Mahmoud, is due to begin Monday holding consultations with the parties existing in the Qatari capital, Doha for negotiations for solving Darfur issue .
Meanwhile, head of the government delegation and State Minister at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Dr. Amin Hassan Omer, said at his meeting Sunday in Doha with the Association of Darfur Citizens that the government party does not call on the mediation at the current stage to unite all the movements, but call on it to determine the negotiating parties and the agenda of the negotiation .The government delegation asserted Sudan commitment to implementation of all the items of the agreement which it has signed with Chad lately, a matter which led to improving the security situation and the stability as well as enhancement of the humanitarian situation in Darfur .
