Khartoum, Jan, 28 (SUNA) - The Minister of Science and Technology, Prof. Ibrahim Ahmed Omer, has affirmed the importance of the Arab - Chinese and Arab-Arab cooperation in all domains, especially in the energy field, lauding, in this regard holding of the Conference of the Arab - Chinese Cooperation in Energy.
which is currently on session in Khartoum. The minister, who received at his office, Thursday the General Director of the Arab Agency for Atomic Energy, Prof. Abdul -Majeed Al-Mahgoub, stressed the importance of mobilization of Arab efforts and its cooperation with the sister countries to consolidate the joint cooperation in the fields of nuclear energy in the context of the international laws and agreements. He reviewed Sudan's efforts for coordination with the International Atomic Energy Agency in this connection as well as the distinguished Sudanese - Chinese cooperation in the fields of energy while the General Director of the Arab Agency for Atomic Energy appreciated outcome of the conference.
