Khartoum, Jan. 27 (SUNA) - Sudan began Wednesday launching an air bridge carrying 40 tons of relief materials and medicines to the affected people in Yemen.
The first Sudanese plane in the context of this air bridge left for Yemen Wednesday loaded with relief materials and medicines. The Commissioner General for Humanitarian Aid, Hassabu Mohamed Abdul-Rahman, said that the air bridge in supporting affected people in Yemen is launched by the Higher Committee for Support to Affected People, which includes civil society organizations, the Sudanese Red Crescent, Martyr Al-Al-Zubair and Maarej Charity Societies.Sudanese Air Bridge begins for Delivering Relief Materials to Affected People in Yemen
