 Damazin, Oct. 29 (SUNA) - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, addressed Thursday in Damazin at the premises the Blue Nile State's Legislative Council, the opening activity of the third session of the Assembly.

President Al-Bashir called upon the political forces to mobilize and register their memberships in the elections' record to practice their electoral rights, affirming the government keenness to realize a political stability that leads to security and social and developmental stability. President Al-Bashir said that the Blue Nile State is rich with its natural resources, referring to the experience of the no-tillage agriculture, which was first time applied in the state, stressing the importance of the state support in this regard, referring to the project for Rosaries Dam Heightening and its impact on the state's citizens, besides its support and mobilization to the Blue Nile State economy. He explained that the state witnessed development, following the National Salvation assuming to the power, in the fields of education, health, roads and water. BH/MO
