Khagugli, Feb 1 (SUNA) - The Secretary General of the Decentralization, Prof. Al-Amin Dafalla has renewed the government's stance that Abyei is a northern Town, rejecting the stance of the government of South Sudan State linking the town and the other disputed border areas to the oil issue .
Prof. Dafalla addressing in Khdughli, Wednesday, the Civil Administration Conference accused the SPLM, north of implementation of a foreign agenda which has nothing to do with the interests of the people of the area .
He lauded the development projects which are being implemented in the state changed the lives of the people in the area.
The Deputy Wali of the State, Mohi-eddin Al-Tom affirmed his government's concern over the civil administration and supporting it to lead the national reconciliation in the state and to strengthen security and peaceful coexistence .
