Meanwhile, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Professor, Prof. Peter Adok, said in a statement to SUNA that the University of Cairo - Khartoum Branch- will be a great addition to the higher education progress in Sudan, lauding the distinguished relations between the two countries at all the domains, particularly in the education and scientific fields
Prof. Adok explained that the University will comprise four faculties, including the Faculty of Health Sciences in Gezira State, the Faculty of Sciences in North Kordofan State, The Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in the Red Sea State and the Faculty of the Nile Valley Studies in El-Dammer in Nahral-Neil State
