Cairo, Aug 19 (SUNA)-The Minister of International Cooperation, Dr. Jalal Yousif Al-Degair, and his Egyptan counterpart, Dr. Fayza Abul-Naja, Thursday began talks in Cairo in preparation for the coming meetings of the joint ministerial Meetings in Sudan
