Khartoum, Aug. 19 (SUNA)- The Council of Ministers, chaired by the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, approved the structural plan of Khartoum State which will be implemented throughout a period of 25 years at the cost of 8.8 billion dollars

A report on the structural plan of Khartoum State was presented at the meeting by the Minister of Environment, Forests and Physical Development,

 Engineer Joseph Malwal Dong, and the Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khidir
