Khartoum, August 17 (SUNA)- The two Jordanian peacekeepers officers,
who were abducted few days ago in South Darfur, were released Tuesday.
In statement to SUNA, the Spokesman of the Armed Forces, Liet Col Al
Sawarmi Khalid Saad, said that a group of the Armed Forces' forces
have traced the kidnappers who have fled when felt that they were in
danger leaving the two hostages who were safely freed .
He said that the Armed Forces is still pursing the criminals .
The two Jordanian officers were abducted by an armed group between
Kass and Neyala areas in South Darfur .
