Khartoum, August 17 (SUNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali
Karti, has lauded the strategic relations between Sudan and Egypt and
the future of integration work which is based on the strong political
will of the leaderships of the two countries.
This came when the minister received at his office Tuesday the
Egyptian ambassador to Sudan, Afiffi Abdul-Wahab, on the occasion of
the expiry of his assignment to Sudan.
The minister appreciated the efforts being exerted by the Egyptian
diplomat in consolidating the relations between the two countries in
all domains.
The ambassador thanked the minister for the support he received during
his assignment in Sudan.
Afiffi will take his new office as the representative for his country
to the Arab League.
