The Higher Council for Invement is headed by the President of Republic and includes as members the First Vice President of the Republic, the Vice

President of Republic, the President Advisor, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, as member and rapporteur, besides membership of the Ministers of Finance and National Economy, Agriculture, Forestry , Industry ,Irrigation, Electricity and Dams, Investment, Mining, Labour, the Governor of the Bank of Sudan, Chairman of the Businessmen Union and Ambassador Ahmed Shawer as member and Deputy Rapporteur
