Khartoum, Aug. 8 (SUNA) - President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir has given directives for boosting the development process and the services in south Sudan, besides establishment of dams within the context of the government plan for water harvest and solution of water problems which cause some tribal conflict

This came when President Al-Bashir received the Presidential Advisor, Dr. Riek Gai, at the Republican Palace Sunday

President Al-Bashir also called for exerting efforts to complete Adariel - Al-Nasir road. He asserted the importance of the movement of the federal ministries to the south to support their counterpart ministries in the government of south Sudan

Dr. Gai said in a statement to SUNA that the meeting reviewed a number of issues including the referendum and ways to reach national consensus that guarantees the unity of the country
