Within the context of this role and responsibilities the number of women organizations in Sudan are increasing because of the establishment of women unions, associations and women voluntry organizations to realize the integration of the roles in one society
So women efforts were united during war and peace time to achieve the issue of attractive unity in Sudan. Member of the National Assembly, and Deputy Secretary General of the Sudanese working woman association in Sudan , Helen Olair , explained the capability of the Sudanese woman through history to come first in carrying her responsibilities , affirming that the Sudanese woman all over the vast areas of Sudan is exerting good efforts to realize the attractive unity of Sudan. She explained that she held many tours in the southern states and was sure of the southerners interests in realizing the unity of Sudan
On her side, Uz Sara Aliga Secretary General of the Sudanese Woman Union affirmed to Sudan that women in Sudan heve always been active in the sphere of peace building at the local level and have always been leaders calling for equality and the provision of , justice , sustainable development and the spread of development to alleviate the burdens of living
She pointed to the increasing role of women in the society , saying that the Sudanese woman will employ all her efforts through her organizations and unions to realize peace, security and unity in Sudan
She added that the Sudanese woman remained in the lead of the talks, mediation and dialogue processes to build peace , because she is capable of achieving that
Uz Zainab Ahmed Altayeb, the member of the National Assembly and deputy secretary of the foreign affairs at the national congress , said the Sudanese woman has played great and significant roles in spreading the culture of peace and the concept of unity as the best choice for the people of Sudan in the both the north and south of the country. She enumerated the plans and programmes of the National Congress party to make the unity choice attractive , saying that now the woman occupy 25% of the National Assebly in 112 seats , and that makes her bear the responsibility and qulified to realize the attractive unity.
