N'djamena, July 22 (SUNA)- The leadership of the Sahel and Sahara Community (Sen - Sad) has denounced the so-called International Criminal Court (ICC) and declared its total and absolute rejection to any accusations that the court raises against the Sudanese leadership

In his address at the opening sitting of the summit of the Sahel and Sahara Thursday evening, the Secretary General of the Sahel and Sahara Community said that this court is in fact targeting the African leaders and politicians. He stressed that the Sahel and Sahara is strongly rejecting and condemning any attempt to affect the Sudanese political leadership

The declaration expressed by Al-Azhari on the support of the Sahel and Sahara to the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, was met with appreciation and applause of the participants at the sitting

He stressed that the targeting of the so-called International Criminal Court and its false allegations will not help reaching stability and peace in Sudan
