peripheries and centre speak with one mind, methodology and vision, and all people participate in its concerns and issues He said that Sudan is now surpassing a turning point and the international relations are witnessing transformation and restructuring, a matter that necessitates internal solidarity for realizing development and a real scientific renaissance at the centre and states to enable Sudan to assume its real place at the regional and international levels Dr. Bashari asserted his determination to make a comprehensive technological development that blosters Sudan economy and creates new non oil resources
