Khartoum, June 16 (SUNA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Ahmed Karti, has affirmed the keenness of the new government to maintain of the unity of Sudan and to consolidatie the peace process, realize socio-economic stability and completie the development efforts After taking oath at the Republican Palace Wednesday as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, Karti said in press statements that
they will keen to preserve the sovereignty and dignity of the homeland, adding that Sudan stretch its hand to the neighbours for boosting its development, peace and unity process and underscores its commitment to boost the internal and external interests of the nation He expressed hopes that the efforts of the parties of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), the people and the national leaderships are directed toward preservation of a united, secure and advanced Sudan The minister asserted continuity of the government policy and strategy to maintain relations and contacts with all countries in the world, including the African and Arab neighbours as well as America and the European countries
